The campaign you installed will be listed under the "Add-On Campaign" tab. If it's not there than you should be able to launch it via console with the command "map x y" ('x' being the map name, and 'y' being the gamemode[optional])

Well the title says it all, can sourcemod and metamod run on singleplayer Left 4 Dead 2 because I wanted to use the Zombie Character Select mod in single-player but I realised (by typing "sm" and "meta" in the console) that obviously neither of them is running.
